Join us for the downtown Akron Diwali Festival

Diwali, meaning 'Festival of Lights' signifies the triumph of light over darkness and good over evil. This festival will be a terrific medley of sound, light and color for families to come together and celebrate.

Owner of Akron Henna Art and Akron Bollywood Dance, Nirali Schrader will create a large-scale rangoli, a temporary drawing characterized by colorful geometric patterns, floral images, and religious symbols, on the landing at Cascade Plaza.
