Clayton Bailey's World of Wonders Announces Akron Pride Festival Activities and Extended HoursClayton Bailey's World of Wonders will celebrate Akron Pride Festival with special activities and extended hours on Saturday, Aug. 23. In front of the museum, a screen printing workshop will be held from noon to 2 p.m. featuring designs created by Curated Storefront team members, Taylor Clapp and Evie Grubb. City of Akron Hosting 3rd Annual Akron City Festival Celebrating Akron’s Future Leaders on Sunday, August 31stToday, Akron Mayor Shammas Malik announced the Third Annual Akron City Festival to be held in downtown Akron on Sunday, August 31 from 12 pm - 6 pm. The festival will have a family-friendly atmosphere and celebrate Akron's young adults as they start a new school year. A parade will kick off the festivities at 1 pm and the festival will be hosted by Night Lyfe Entertainment immediately following the parade.
