Wayside Holiday Movies presents “The Polar Express,” a classic, inspiring adventure based on the beloved children's book by Chris Van Allsburg, takes the screen. When a doubting young boy takes an extraordinary train ride to the North Pole, he embarks on a journey of self-discovery that shows him that the wonder of life never fades for those who believe.
Doors open 1 hour prior to the screening. Patrons will enjoy free popcorn. NEW this year, guests will be offered free hot cocoa from Routine Coffee before boarding the Polar Express and all patrons are encouraged to join in the costume contest for a chance to win a $500 Wayside gift card.
The Wayside Holiday Movies are free, but tickets are required and can be picked up beginning Monday, November 3 at Wayside Furniture, 1367 Canton Rd. in Akron and at the Akron Civic Theatre box office, 182 S. Main St. in Akron, Monday thru Friday from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
