Wayside Holiday Movies presents the beloved Christmas comedy, “Elf,” starring Will Ferrell as Buddy, who is accidentally transported to the North Pole as a toddler and raised to adulthood among Santa's elves. Unable to shake the feeling that he doesn't fit in, the adult Buddy travels to New York, in full elf uniform, in search of his real father.
Doors open 1 hour prior to the screening. Patrons will enjoy free popcorn and NEW this year, guests are encouraged to join in the costume contest for a chance to win a $500 Wayside gift card.
The Wayside Holiday Movies are free, but tickets are required and can be picked up beginning Monday, November 3 at Wayside Furniture, 1367 Canton Rd. in Akron and at the Akron Civic Theatre box office, 182 S. Main St. in Akron, Monday thru Friday from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
