JOG’s annual Career Development Conference provides a unique opportunity for JOG participants to work readiness skill competitions as well as career exploration. Over 300 JOG participants attend the event, showing off everything they’ve learned through JOG through competitions around work readiness skills, public speaking, financial literacy, and more! When not competing, youth participate in the Career Expo to engage with local employers, explore industries and career paths, and even apply for jobs!
