Meet one-on-one with an attorney to discuss advance planning documents such as wills, POA, name changes, and more. Registration required at 330.983.2511.

Meet with an attorney to discuss advance planning documents such as wills, powers of attorney, health care powers of attorney, living wills, transfer-on-death documents, end-of-life planning, and name changes.

This program is a partnership between Akron-Summit County Public Library and Community Legal Aid.

Attendees will hear a short presentation from the Summit County Probate Court on estate planning before meeting one-on-one with an attorney for brief counsel and advice. Registration is required for one-on-one meetings and includes an eligibility screening. To register, call Community Legal Aid at 330.983.2511 by October 17.

Community Legal Aid may request income information during registration. While assistance is available to all, financial eligibility is required for ongoing Legal Aid services.
