Details
Summer has arrived, and so has Art After Hours, our new monthly Thursday late-night event series. Visitors are invited to dive deeper into the arts through hands-on activities and creative experiences highlighting exhibiting and resident artists. Mark your calendars for the 2026 Art After Hours on July 9, Aug 13, Sept 10, Oct 15, Nov 12, and Dec 10 from 5:00 to 8:00 p.m.
Admission is free and open to the public at Summit Artspace.

- Celebrate the opening of Summer Exhibitions
- Dancer Teagan Reed will activate the responsive technology in Prismatic Echoes, on view in the Betty & Howard Taylor Main Gallery on the 1st floor
- NCCAkron will host a dance film screening and artist talk in the 3rd floor Community Room from 6 - 7 pm: Studio to Screen with Pioneer Winter. Join us for Studio to Screen, an evening of film screenings and conversation with Miami-based choreographer Pioneer Winter. Free, registration is requested. Films to loop from 7 - 8 pm.
