Details
Celebrate America's 250th birthday at Main Library with live historical reenactors and refreshments.
Come celebrate America's 250th birthday with an afternoon of history and fun.
Noon-1 pm - Abraham Lincoln impersonator John D. Cooper will speak about President Lincoln, his life, and place in our nation's history. He will also do a Q&A session.
1-2 pm - Reenactors from Actors Summit Productions will bring to life all the documents and events leading up to the first shot at the Battles of Lexington and Concord, starting the American Revolution in 1776.
2-3 pm - Cake and punch will be provided by Acme.
Actors from the Twilight Theatre will be roving, dressed in period costumes, interacting with attendees, and available for photographs.
