Enjoy a performance by Great Day for Ducks during the All American Burger & BBQ Festival.
Great Day for Ducks is real and undeniably genuine. With Cody Smith (Lead Guitar), Drew Wheeler (Bass Guitar), and Nick Fondale (Drums) in the middle of it, the band writes with the spirit of Adult Contemporary’s early crooners (think Bread and Bruce Hornsby), fused with the nostalgic appeal of 21st century acts like Jack’s Mannequin and Dawes.
A few additional guidelines
As we prepare for another exciting weekend of events in Downtown Akron and at Lock 3, we are introducing a few updated event guidelines for July 4, 2026, to help create a welcoming, and family-friendly environment for everyone.
Our goal is to ensure guests can focus on enjoying the music, food, entertainment, and time together while helping our staff and public safety partners provide a positive event experience.
The following guidelines will be in effect during July 4, 2026:
- Guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult 21 years of age or older.
- Bicycles, e-bikes, and scooters are not permitted within the event zone Lock 3 and Main Street between Bowery Street and Exchange Street during event hours 11 am – 11 pm.
