Head over to Lock 3 for a free concert from The Michael Weber Show, who will headline Day 1 of the All American Burger & BBQ Festival. Reserved seating is available; lawn seating is free.
The Michael Weber Show is an explosive rock group fronted by guitar phenom, Michael Weber. He was the winner of MTV's “Amazingness” television talent/variety show hosted by Rob Dyrdek and has performed on stage with numerous Grammy winners and Rock Hall inductees, including Counting Crows, Nils Lofgren (E-Street Band), Jim Peterik (The Ides of March), and regularly with garage rock legends, The Shadows of Knight (“Gloria”).
***Please note that Donnie Iris will not be able to perform at Lock 3 in Akron as scheduled due to illness. He is disappointed that he won’t be there to deliver his trademark all-out, energetic show for his fans in Akron on July 3, and looks forward to playing in Akron again very soon. Tickets will be refunded at the point of purchase.***
A few additional guidelines
As we prepare for another exciting weekend of events in Downtown Akron and at Lock 3, we are introducing a few updated event guidelines for July 4, 2026, to help create a welcoming, and family-friendly environment for everyone.
Our goal is to ensure guests can focus on enjoying the music, food, entertainment, and time together while helping our staff and public safety partners provide a positive event experience.
The following guidelines will be in effect during July 4, 2026:
- Guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult 21 years of age or older.
- Bicycles, e-bikes, and scooters are not permitted within the event zone Lock 3 and Main Street between Bowery Street and Exchange Street during event hours 11 am – 11 pm.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we work together to make Downtown Akron events welcoming, and enjoyable for everyone. We look forward to seeing you this season!
