Winter Fun Continues at Lock 3 Winterblast through Feb. 16
Akron, Ohio, Jan. 6, 2026 — The holidays may be over, but winter fun is still happening at Lock 3 Winterblast. Downtown Akron remains the place to be this season with a variety of icy attractions and festive events running through February 16th. Special Events this Month
Saturday, January 10th from 2 - 6 pm is the Snowball Crawl, a chance to sample your favorite craft beers, featuring local breweries. Tickets sold at the door. $3 samples or $28 for 10 tickets. Event will be indoors at Lock 3 (behind skate rental, across from elevators) 21 and over.
Saturday, January 24th from 12 - 5 pm Downtown Akron Partnership presents Frost Fest. Bringing a frosty fun time to Downtown Akron with ice sculptures, a hot cocoa crawl, live music and more.
