DFA Welcomes New Community Development Program Officer

July 30th, 2020 Akron, OH – Development Finance Authority of Summit County is pleased to announce and welcome Kyle Julien to the new position of Community Development Program Officer. Kyle was selected from a number of very strong candidates based on his extensive experience in real estate, project management, finance, community development, and neighborhood engagement.

At DFA, Kyle’s work will focus on small business and community based lending including the Minority Contractor Capital Access Program (MCCAP) and the New Markets Tax Credits (NMTC) loan portfolio, amongst others.

DFA President, Chris Burnham stated, “Our board and staff are delighted to have Kyle Julien joining our team. Kyle will help ensure the Western Reserve Community Fund (WRCF) achieves a whole new level of meaningful community impact.”
