Artists of Rubber City, established in 1978, is a nonprofit membership organization advocating for contemporary arts and artists in the greater Summit County community. Small Gems is not only an ideal opportunity to see a great variety of expert artwork, but also an opportunity to support the organization with your purchase, as 40% of sales revenue will be retained for operating expenses (60% to the artists).

Located on the 3rd Floor of Summit Artspace, 140 E. Market St., Akron, the Small Box Gallery is situated directly behind the BOX Gallery. Both are FREE and open to the public during exhibitions on Fridays and Saturdays 12-5 p.m., 3rd Thursday (July 18) 4-7 p.m., and Akron Artwalks (July 6 & August 3) 12-9 p.m.
