Akron Zoo Free on January 17

January 7, 2022, AKRON, Ohio – The Akron Zoo is offering free admission for all guests on Monday, Jan. 17 from 11 a.m. – 4 p.m. in honor of Martin Luther King Jr. Day.

The Akron Chapter of NAACP and National Sorority of Phi Delta Kappa will be on-site with activities for the guests. Parking rates apply.

The Akron Zoo is open 361 days a year. Winter hours are 11 a.m. – 4 p.m. Admission is $9 per person. Children under two are free and parking is $5. For more
