Akron Civic Theatre’s Howard Parr to Receive Visitors Bureau Chairman’s Award
September 13, 2022, Akron, Ohio – The Akron/Summit Convention & Visitors Bureau will be hosting the 19th Annual Zenith Awards, Friday, October 21, 2022 during a luncheon ceremony at the John S. Knight Center beginning at 11 a.m. The Zenith Awards recognize contributions made to and by Summit County’s hospitality industry.
Howard Parr, Executive Director of the Akron Civic Theatre, will be receiving the 2022 Chairman’s Award; the award is bestowed upon deserving industry leaders by David Lieberth, Chairman of the Bureau’s Board of Directors. Additional awards will include: Susan L. Hamo Hospitality Person of the Year, Hospitality Industry-Only awards, and online-voted You Tell the Tourist awards.
