The former O'Neil's Building was originally an 800,000 square foot structure. It underwent an adaptive reuse as a mixed-use office/entertainment condominium facility.
Currently, the building has approximately 185,000 square feet with 125,000 S.F. of office space and 60,000 S.F. of entertainment space. Improvements included demolition of the old parking deck and construction of a new 550-car parking deck, an atrium extending from the roof to the lowest level, and a Main Street public lobby. Investment reached $33,000,000 including the new parking structure for this redevelopment effort.
