Akron is our home, and downtown is the heart of it! We love being downtown Akron's premier micro-bakery, because we know if it's downtown it needs to be the best. Since opening in 2015, we start our mornings early to bake you the freshest bagels, cookies, pastries, quiche, cakes, and more. Walk through downtown in the early morning and you just might catch the smell of cinnamon rolls baking, wafting down Wheeler Lane onto Mill Street.
