The City of Akron’s Development Division sells commercial and residential land for development. The Development Division solicits proposals from private and nonprofit organizations for City owned land in targeted areas in accordance with development standards (provided within each Request For Proposal or RFP). Industrial Zoned land is available in each of our industrial parks.
