Improve flexibility, strengthen your mind-body connection, and give yourself an edge in other athletic activities by incorporating Pilates into your routine. Certified Pilates instructor Brian Murphy of Pilates by Murphys will lead you through this 40-minute class, which is ideal for people of all fitness levels.

Participants should bring a yoga mat or blanket, as well as a small ball or muscle roller.

Refreshments* will be available for purchase at The Shed during and after this class.
