TubaSummer - a summertime version of Akron’s popular TubaChristmas - will hold its 26th annual concert on Sunday, July 26, 2026, at 7:00 p.m., on the Guzzetta Hall lawn, Buchtel Common at The University of Akron. In the event of inclement weather, the concert will be held inside Guzzetta Recital Hall. Sponsored by The University of Akron School of Performing Arts, TubaSummer is free and open to the public! Audience members should bring their own chair and refreshments.

The concert features summer favorites performed by tuba, sousaphone, baritone, and euphonium musicians from throughout the region - including you, we hope! Chairs and bottled water will be provided for all performers. Please bring your own music stand.

No registration fee. Please bring the TubaSummer songbook if you have one. Books will be available at the rehearsal.
