Can't make it to weekday Bootcamp classes? No worries! Pop into this pop-up weekend Bootcamp class and get sweaty with a high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workout led by licensed instructor Mary Anderson. Bootcamp is a full-body workout that incorporates both aerobic exercise and strength training into a single workout. This is a great option if you’re already active and looking to take your workouts to the next level in a way that’s challenging, varied, and fun.
Refreshments will be available for purchase at The Shed during and after this class.
