Great theatre doesn't happen by accident. Behind every successful production is a stage manager who keeps rehearsals organized, communication flowing, and performances running smoothly.

Organized for the Show is a five-session workshop designed for emerging theatre artists, aspiring stage managers, directors, technicians, and anyone interested in learning the essential skills that keep a production moving from first rehearsal to final curtain.

Led by veteran stage manager and educator Elynmarie Kazle, participants will explore rehearsal room management, prompt books, blocking notation, production paperwork, cue calling, technical rehearsals, communication strategies, and leadership techniques used by professional stage managers every day.

Whether you're brand new to stage management or looking to strengthen your existing skills, this workshop offers practical tools, real-world knowledge, and hands-on discussion in a collaborative learning environment.

Participants will gain insight into:
• The role of the stage manager throughout a production
• Rehearsal organization and communication
• Prompt books and production paperwork
• Cue calling and technical rehearsals
• Leadership and collaboration skills
• Backstage operations and performance management
