Receive assistance filing applications to seal or expunge felony and misdemeanor criminal records from the Summit County Court of Common Pleas, as permitted by Ohio law.
The event will be held on October 16th, 2026, from 10am – 2pm at the Summit County Courthouse (209 S High St, Akron, OH 44308) in the Honorable Judge Oldfield’s Courtroom.
Ohio law requires a $50 filing fee to process all expungements, but that fee may be waived based on income. The Summit Legal Defenders will assist in sealing and expunging records as permitted by Ohio Law. No registration is required for this event.
