Join representatives from the city of Akron on Monday, August 17th from 11:30 am - 1 pm at the Greater Akron Chamber (388 S Main St.) to hear about Akron's upcoming construction project on South Main Street.
Akron will be continuing the roadway improvements in our downtown Main Street Corridor soon. Phase 3 will continue with roadway improvements from Cedar Street and carry through to Bartges Street.
Improvements to this roadway will include new pavement, curbs, utilities, and more. The new cross section will include a one vehicle lane in each direction and continue the cycle track which will provide additional street parking and space for transit.
