Great businesses rarely grow in isolation. In this hands-on workshop, you will map the key players in your ecosystem, including customers, partners, influencers, suppliers, and support organizations. We’ll explore the connections between the players throughout the ecosystem, so you can see gaps, risks, and opportunities more clearly. You’ll leave with a plan for utilizing partners and channels to reach customers and grow.
