OVERVIEW:
The AI conversation has been dominated by aspirational use cases. This workshop is about action. We focus exclusively on Claude by Anthropic and how founders, operators, and business people who do not consider themselves technical can use it today to automate workflows, build new capabilities, and accelerate their ideas. You will leave with a practical methodology, a clear understanding of the right tools, and the ability to take concrete first steps.
YOUR FACILITATOR:
Brian Deagan is a three-time Co-Founder and CEO with nearly 30 years of experience at the intersection of marketing and technology. As VP of Sales and Marketing at Consolidus, he has applied Claude hands-on, turning workflows into live automations without a dev team. His core belief: what has always separated most people from technology is not ability, it is exposure and willingness, and with Claude, the barrier just got dramatically lower.
