Tai Chi and Qigong are the perfect exercises for people of all ages and physical abilities. Incorporating slow movements, proper posture and mindful breathing, they provide many health benefits and body/mind/spirit connections when practiced regularly. Tai Chi is one form of Exercise Qigong. It is a low-impact, weight-bearing practice that is also an internal martial art. Qigong, which means energy cultivation, includes a variety of movement, meditative and medical practices. Come experience the benefits of these time-honored traditions with certified instructor Nancy Gardner.

Refreshments will be available for purchase at The Shed during and after this class.
