Beer Dinner: Akron Beer Week Edition

Join us for 6 brews & 5 delicious courses in honor of the Inaugural Akron Beer Week!

It's about time, come on out and indulge! Enjoy a welcome pint of our collaboration brew with Thirsty Dog, then 5 chef inspired dishes accompanied by 5 beer tastings thoughtfully selected by our amazing team. See menu below.

What to expect:

Welcome toast: Thirsty Dog X Akronym: Akron Beer Week Collab!

1st course: Smoky Devilled Egg- Smoked cheddar filling, crispy prosciutto, & greens with a brew based vinaigrette. -Pairing: Exchange St.: Hefeweizen

2nd course: French Onion Soup- Toasted gruyere & crouton over house made French onion soup. -Pairing: Blaze: Rauchbier

3rd course: Fried Chicken Bao Bun: Steamed bun with fried chicken, sweet chili slaw, spicy mayo, & pickle. -Pairing: Hose Handler: West Coast IPA

4th course: Braised pork Shank, mashed potato & garlic green bean. -Pairing: Black Hat: Schwarzbier

5th course: Pumpkin Spice Crème Brulé- Spiced crème, streusel topping. -Pairing: Pervasive: Barleywine
