Join us as we welcome ceramicist Larry Buller for a free public lecture as part of the Myers Residency series!

Buller’s work focuses on “kitschy, low-brow ceramics that push the boundaries of the traditional craft form” and takes inspiration from gay subcultures of the 1980s, thereby highlighting the dichotomy of public versus private, domestic versus erotic. Buller states, “I relish creating art that questions the boundaries of what is in ‘good taste’ for the domestic environment.” (From the artist’s website.)
