Climb aboard and join us for a journey of a lifetime. Escape the ordinary of the every day as you watch the magic unfold as we make our grand journey on the North Pole Adventure™.
Enjoy hot cocoa, cookies, and festivities as we navigate the sweeping curves of the Cuyahoga Valley and across the globe for our mighty journey to the North Pole to hand-deliver your letter to Santa to the North Pole’s very own Postmaster.

Please note: North Pole Adventure™ will not be running on November 11 for Veteran’s Day and November 24 and 25 for Thanksgiving.
Windows are on each side of the train. We cannot guarantee which side of the train your seat will be on; however, each CHILD will have the opportunity to view the North Pole. Your ticket includes a ninety-minute train ride, hot chocolate, one (1) cookie, letter writing activity to Santa, program and a brief visit with Santa.
If your child is under the age of two, no ticket will be required, but they must sit in an adult’s lap for the entirety of the ride.

COVID POLICIES
Masks: CVSR falls under Transportation Security Administration (TSA) and Federal Railroad Administration (FRA) regulations. Guests, volunteers, and staff are required to wear masks at all boarding stations, in all depots and aboard the train at all times except when eating or drinking, replacing the mask between sips and bites.
Vaccine/Tests: Patrons 12 and older will be required to present proof that they are fully vaccinated or provide a negative PCR COVID-19 test taken within 72 hours or a negative COVID-19 antigen test taken within six hours of their scheduled North Pole Adventure™ ride. In addition to your proof of vaccination or negative COVID-19 test, you will need your driver’s license or another form of ID. The name on the test or vaccination MUST match the name on the ID.
