The Hermes Building is a gorgeous three-story mixed-use mercantile professional building constructed in the same Second-Empire architectural style as the adjoining Everett Building. With an investment of $750,000, the Everett Group carefully reconditioned its façade, roof and mechanicals. We developed space for a restaurant on the main level and prepared the basement for a future entertainment venue. Upper floors have been built out for the Chambers, Murphy & Burge Restoration Architecture firm, while the third floor has been converted to residential lofts.
