The West Exchange Street/Cedar Street off-ramp on southbound State Route 59 (Akron Innerbelt) will be closed to traffic until November 8, 2007 for construction of the Cascade Locks Bikeway, Phase 2A. |

will be rerouted to the Vernon Odom Boulevard exit (formerly Wooster
Avenue). Detours posted. The Cascade Parking Deck/Mill St. ramp will

Construction Company. Traffic will be detoured around the closure via
Cuyahoga Street and Tallmadge Avenue. Westbound Glenwood access to
Howard will be detoured via Dayton Street and Tallmadge Avenue. Local
business access will be maintained. |
