"I'll have the Greek dressing." That would be Ya Ya's Greek Dressing that about sixty percent of customers that order salads and sandwiches at Street Treats Grill, 147 S. Main St. in Downtown Akron, ask for.
Mark Graziani, owner of Street Treats, developed his Greek dressing years ago. After much experimenting and tweaking, Graziani started serving the dressing in his restaurant. When customers started asking where they could get the Greek dressing to take home, Graziani decided to bottle it and call it Ya Ya's Greek Dressing.
Currently, Ya Ya's Greek Dressing is being sold at Street Treats and local Acme Fresh Market stores. "When I started thinking about where I wanted to sell the dressing, the first place that popped into my mind was Acme," Graziani said. "Acme is a local business that started out much like Street Treats," he continued.

Ya Ya's Greek Dressing is made with all natural ingredients. It has no trans fat, no cholesterol, no MSG, no preservatives and never needs refrigeration. It is available in 16-oz. bottles for home use and one-gallon jugs for restaurants.
Along with the Main St. location, Street Treats has two other locations, both on the University of Akron campus. One is in the College of Business Administration building which is open fall and spring semesters and the other is an outside stand at Bierce Library, open year-round when school is in session.
