
The Akron Roundtable has announced its 35th season for its 2011 luncheon series. One of the many highlights of the year includes a presentation by United States Senator Sherrod Brown (January 31, 2011), sponsored by State & Federal Communications. Senator Brown’s appearance will continue an on-going tradition of presenting every Ohio Senator since the Akron Roundtable’s inception.
Other season highlights include Corbin Bernsen - Actor, Producer, Director and Writer of 25 Hill, the
movie based on Akron’s own Soap Box Derby in July and Richard Smucker, Executive Chairman and Co-
Chief Executive Officer, The J.M. Smucker Company in September.

The Akron Roundtable is held at noon on the third Thursday of every month (note: date change for January 2011 & December 2011) at the Quaker Station located adjacent to the Quaker Square Inn on the campus of The University of Akron.
