The Akron Roundtable has announced its 35th season for its 2011 luncheon series. One of the many highlights of the year includes a presentation by United States Senator Sherrod Brown (January 31, 2011), sponsored by State & Federal Communications. Senator Brown’s appearance will continue an on-going tradition of presenting every Ohio Senator since the Akron Roundtable’s inception.
Other season highlights include Corbin Bernsen - Actor, Producer, Director and Writer of 25 Hill, the
movie based on Akron’s own Soap Box Derby in July and Richard Smucker, Executive Chairman and Co-
Chief Executive Officer, The J.M. Smucker Company in September.

Akron Roundtable History: The Akron Roundtable, a not-for-profit 501©3 organization, was established in 1976 as a community forum to encourage and bring bold, creative and new ideas to the region.
