DEVELOPMENT DESCRIPTION: Signet Development has built a $30 million dollar office complex to house Summa Health Systems. Making this project possible was Akron’s ability to assemble seven prime acres for development at one of the foremost entranceways and thoroughfares to the city. A Phase II building is also planned by Signet.
A detailed master plan has been developed for the use of the remaining site.
A Subway sandwich shop and Einstein Bagels occupies a portion of the first floor retail space of SummaCare Centre.
